Course Goal:
Learn Fundamentals Nursing Services Administration of Quality Management System (QMS).
Study ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 9001 documentation.
Examine statutory and ethical issues applicable to patient care services and Quality management of Nursing care.
Study latest trends in health care services administration affecting nursing care.
Objectives:
To create an awareness of the changing and challenging roles of nursing services in management of nursing care with a view to providing quality care at optimum cost to the satisfaction of consumers.
To equip the participants with knowledge and skill of quality management of nursing services, to carry out their responsibilities efficiently.
To provide a platform for interaction amongst the participants and to identify the recent trends in specialty nursing.
The course will cover above National Quality Assurance Standards as issued by Ministry of Health Family Welfare Govt of India.
As per latest IRDA notification NABH/NQAS has become mandatory for accreditation and availing social insurance scheme benefits in the country.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Medical/Dental graduates from a Medical/Dental Institute of India or other countries, recognized by MCI/DCI. Graduates in alternative system of medicine [Ayush].
MBA degree or PG Diploma in Healthcare, Financial, Material, Marketing or Personnel Management.
Graduates in nursing & pharmacy or having similar technical skills in other health sciences.
