Learn both Basic and Advanced Interventional Cardiology Techniques

During these programmes, conducted over a period of 3 to 5days, the registrants will participate in didactic lecture, hands-on-training on simulator, hand-on-experience workshop in cath labs, angiography review sessions and question the expert’s session. There will be modules dedicated to different patient subsets and training courses will be held by the academy at regular intervals focusing on the particular subset.

Following this course, attendees will be able to

• Choose an ideal case for angioplasty.
• Select appropriate hardware and other paraphernalia
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the different guide catheters, wire, balloons, stentsetc.
• Have a basic understanding of the various approaches in a complex situation.
• Handle hardware guide catheters, wire and balloons in the proper way
• Trouble shooting in case of complication.
