Service Access
- Online Course Enrollment: Once payment is successfully processed, users will receive a confirmation email with details of the enrolled course. This email will serve as proof of registration and will include instructions for accessing the course or event materials.
- Digital Resources: If the course includes supplementary digital resources (e.g., e-books or presentations), these will be delivered through email or the user’s InformDoc account dashboard within 48 hours of enrollment.
- Live Sessions: Links for live virtual sessions will be shared via email at least 24 hours before the session begins. Users are encouraged to verify their email addresses and check their spam/junk folders if the communication is not received.
Timeliness and Updates
- InformDoc strives to ensure all information about course schedules, locations, and faculty is accurate. However, details may occasionally change based on the academy's discretion. Users will be promptly notified of such changes.
- For postponed or rescheduled events, InformDoc will notify users and provide alternative options, including refund eligibility as per the Refund Policy.
