Dr. Sujit Pardeshi

Dr. Sujit Pardeshi is a very well known practicing dental surgeon and a wonderful soft skill trainer from Pachora in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra. Born & brought up in a small town – Pachora, Sujit is the ideal example of what matters ultimately is not from where you come but where you reach. He has always stretched himself outside his comfort zone to explore new horizons, set new boundaries & challenge himself to do something better for the society and has always starved hard for his share of contribution to make this world a better place.

Education:- He has completed his BDS from Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental collage, Pune with distinction after completing his schooling from Bhosala Military School, Nashik. Keeping in mind that ‘Learning is a continuous process and one should never stop learning’, Sujit went a step ahead and completed his certificate courses in Orthodontia and Implantology.

Professional Career:- Dr. Sujit Pardeshi has started his private dental practice in his hometown, Pachora in 1999. Soon he was recognized as arguably the best clinician not only in Pachora but in the Jalgaon district as well. He set many landmarks in his private practice and in due course of time made available many ‘first time in Pachora’ dental treatment facilities to his patients. He has earned the reputation as the innovative, disciplined and straightforward doctor who always keeps his time and promises in his practice. He is a visiting dental surgeon at many places for various ultramodern dental treatment facilities. Dr. Sujit has also conducted many preventive dental treatment awareness camps, dental checkup camps and basic dental care awareness camps for various schools and also gave lectures that have benefited more than 50000 students and citizens so far.

The Trainer:- Along with highly successful dental practice, Sujit ventured in the field of his passion - soft skill & personality development training. He climbed the training ladder of Jaycees at an unbelievable pace and soon cleared the highest exam of the same to be recognized as ‘Designer Trainer’ of Jaycees. Presently he is the ‘Certified National Trainer’ of Junior Chambers International University, California USA. He is specialized into designing new training modules for him as well as fellow trainers and has a unique presentation style. His meticulous preparation and flawless execution of various training courses has gained him the reputation of much sought after trainer in the country. A very seasoned trainer, Sujit has conducted hundreds of seminars and workshops on various topics like time management, stress management, leadership, team building, sells dynamics, competition handling, effective communication, Public speaking, business etiquette, dining manners etc. Effective public speaking, interview techniques and handling competition have always remained his hallmark training courses. He has also conducted trainings at three Jaycees Zone conferences. He has trained thousands of participants including various doctors, corporate, organizations, students and Chartered accountants. 

He is the leading practice management Guru in India in dentistry. His session on the same topic namely ‘Sail to sell – practice management redefined’ is extremely popular throughout the country and even abroad. His 2 days in depth course DentXL on practice management & soft skill enhancement is very famous across the country and hundreds of dentists are benefitting from it. 

Recently, he has written a book on dental practice management namely ‘New Age Dentalpreneur – Develop A Competitive Edge & Build A Profitable Dental Practice’. It’ll be the first professional book on this subject in India. He has also written around 35 articles for various Indian Dental Association publications on soft skills, life skills & dental practice management.

Social work:- Making new friends and expanding his network has remained his prime hobby and so he is naturally inclined to social activities. A hardcore Rotarian and a dedicated member of Indian Dental Association (IDA), Sujit is a very active trainer in Jaycees as well. Known for his ‘value adding member’ status in all the organizations he is associated with, he strongly believes in ‘constructive work only’ as he believes that we move through this life only once and that too for very limited period of time. He was the youngest Rotary Club President during the Centennial year of Rotary International and has bagged record breaking number of awards during his presidential tenure. He has outstanding contribution to his credit while actively working in IDA. He has worked as ‘Central Council’ member of IDA at national level and ‘Executive committee’ member of IDA Maharashtra State for almost a decade. He has also worked as the ‘Assistant Secretary’ of IDA Maharashtra state branch for 3 years. He is also a very active member of Grahak Seva Sangh, Pachora; Girna Paryavaran Vikas Sanstha, Pachora and Andhashraddha Nirmulan Samiti Pachora.

Allround personality:- Sujit is also a very active sportsman and represented himself as National Handball player and University Cricket player. Vollyball, Chess and .22 bore rifle firing are his other sports of interest. He was selected as the Group Study Exchange (GSE) team member to go to The Netherlands by Rotary International where he represented as ‘unofficial ambassador of India’ for one month. After the GSE program, he travelled to almost all the countries in European continent. He has also arranged a very successful dental Conference for IDA at Bangkok, Thailand in the capacity of ‘Organizing Secretary’ that was attended by over hundred delegates. Sujit has also been elected as ‘Conference Secretary’ of 48th Maharashtra State Dental Conference held at Dombivali in 2009.

Awards:- Sujit has received numerous awards in diversified arena right from his childhood to his college days and to his professional career which speaks volume of his intellect, dedication, leadership and hard work over the years. He was awarded the prestigious ‘Rajiv Gandhi Excellence Award’ at New Delhi for his outstanding contribution and distinguished service to the nation. He is the recipient of ‘Dr Ratan memorial award’ as the Best young member of IDA at national level below 30 years of age. He has also received the ‘Best Local Branch Secretary’ award of IDA at National as well as State level. He was also honored with ‘Four avenues of service citation’ and ‘District Service award’ by the Rotary Foundation. He has also received the prestigious ‘Zone President Excellence Award’ of Jaycees Zone 13 for outstanding contribution as Trainer-motivator in 2011.

The Complete Man:- He is exemplary in balancing personal relations without compromising his principles. A man having infectious attitude and contagious enthusiasm, he is appreciated & loved all. He is a firm believer of Indian culture & its family system and lives in a joint family. Married to lovely lady Reena, he is blessed with 2 gems- Anish & Harsh.
